Businesses will need to adopt new processes, policies and procedures when new proof of vaccination requirements in WA kick in on January 31.
Lynn & Brown Lawyers principal Steven Brown told Mark Gibson on 6PR Breakfast the onus was on venue owners to ensure patrons were double vaccinated or risk 12 months imprisonment or a $50,000 fine.
‘They’re making rules on the fly … but is it legal, yes it is,” he said.
