Ben Aldridge – Cuppa of Life

Ben survived a 10 metre drop…yup that’s 30 foot, which also forms the name he chose for his company. Why would he name his company after the incident that lead to him being a quadriplegic? He says that whilst it has had some negative impact, he claims it to be the single most important moment of his life and the crucible that has shaped it. He has faced the worst version of himself, battled mental health issues, societies bias and come out the other end with one hell of a story to tell!
