With Australia’s pension age one of the highest in the world, our Baby Boomers are working well into the later part of their lives. As the digital age progresses, it’s important for tech-savvy Gen Ys to make sure these Baby Boomers aren’t left behind. Global futurist and innovation strategist, Anders Sorman-Nilsson, joins Fairsy this morning to discuss the importance of sharing knowledge between generations. “It’s not about throwing the analogue baby away with the digital bathwater,” he says. “There’s a lot of timeless business wisdom that the older generation have that’s super relevant, and is something that the younger generation should listen up to.”
