Australians urged to make the most of the ‘great reshuffle’ and score themselves a pay rise.

Josh Frydenberg is urging Australians to make the most of what he says is a “great reshuffle” in the workforce and earn themselves a pay rise in the process.

Kim Seeling Smith, Future of Work Expert, said there were more jobs available than people to fill them.
